A leading property management company in Singapore is seeking a Sustainability Manager to lead the development and implementation of sustainability strategies across commercial and retail properties. This role involves optimizing energy efficiency, managing audits, and engaging with stakeholders to meet sustainability targets. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years of experience in sustainability within commercial real estate.
We are seeking a Sustainability Manager to lead the development and implementation of sustainability strategies across our commercial office and retail portfolio, driving reductions in environmental impact, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening tenant and stakeholder engagement.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability plan for all commercial and retail properties under management.
Integrate sustainable practices into building operations, maintenance, and capital projects to improve portfolio performance and asset value.
Align property-level initiatives with corporate ESG and net-zero strategies.
Lead initiatives to optimize building systems for energy and water efficiency.
Manage sustainability audits, retro-commissioning, and implementation of renewable energy and low-carbon technologies.
Partner with engineering and facilities teams to identify and execute cost-effective sustainability projects.
Oversee waste diversion and recycling programs, including tenant engagement and vendor coordination.
Work closely with owners, investors, and asset managers to meet sustainability targets and report performance metrics.
Monitor and report compliance with local benchmarking ordinances and sustainability regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in sustainability or energy management within commercial real estate.
