Job Overview

We’re seeking senior professionals to build and manage strategic partnerships with asset disposal teams of top global tech leaders—Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud GCP, Oracle, OVHCloud, Hetzner Online, Supermicro, Dell, HPE, ASUS, GIGABYTE, QCT.

Your core mission: directly engage internal decision-makers to procure critical second‑hand computing hardware, serving as the bridge between our firm and tech giants while driving core business growth.

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Relationship Development: Proactively identify and forge trusted ties with key departments (Supply Chain, Commodity Management, Asset Management) and decision‑makers (Asset Disposal Manager, Supply Chain Director, Global Procurement Specialist, Second‑hand Equipment Manager) at target companies(Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud GCP, Oracle, OVHCloud, Hetzner Online, Supermicro, Dell, HPE, ASUS, GIGABYTE, QCT.)
2. Global Procurement Execution: Fully responsible for the entire cycle from business opportunity identification, commercial negotiation, compliance review to final procurement completion, ensuring smooth processes and optimal costs.
3. Market & Intelligence Analysis: Deep‑dive into global second‑hand IT computing equipment trends, price fluctuations, and supplier asset renewal cycles to inform corporate strategy.
4. Cross‑Border Negotiation & Compliance: Lead complex cross‑cultural negotiations and guarantee adherence to trade/compliance regulations in Singapore, Europe, and the US.
5. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal logistics, legal and technical teams to ensure efficient acceptance, testing and warehousing of procured equipment.

Job Requirements

Essential Qualifications

1. Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, Hindi, Tamil, etc.
2. Professional Experience: 8+ years in multinational tech firms （Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud GCP, Oracle, OVHCloud, Hetzner Online, Supermicro, Dell, HPE, ASUS, GIGABYTE, QCT.）or top IT asset disposal companies, with direct experience in second‑hand computing equipment sales, asset recovery, or global supply chain management.
3. Industry Network: Direct, reliable connections in asset disposal/supply chain departments of at least one target company（Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud GCP, Oracle, OVHCloud, Hetzner Online, Supermicro, Dell, HPE, ASUS, GIGABYTE, QCT.）
4. Travel Readiness: Physically fit for long‑term, frequent international trips (US, Europe).

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience collaborating with global teams locally in Singapore.
2. Solid technical expertise in data center hardware (servers, GPUs, network equipment).
3. Exceptional negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, with soft skills to navigate multicultural environments smoothly.
4. Proficiency in Tamil or Hindi will be an added advantage.
