Resumo da oferta
A professional organization in safety and health is seeking a General Manager to provide strategic leadership for its Secretariat and Academy. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of leadership experience in education/training, financial management, and business development. Responsibilities include translating strategic directives into operational plans, overseeing budget and performance, and expanding partnerships within the industry. Candidates with a strong understanding of the regulatory environment in Singapore are preferred.
Qualificações
- At least 10 years of experience in strategic and operational leadership.
- Proven ability to manage education/training organisations.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s regulatory environment.
Responsabilidades
- Translate strategic directions into operational plans.
- Oversee budgeting and performance tracking.
- Expand industry partnerships and increase visibility.
