Responsibilities

Develop and execute the country’s business strategy aligned with global/regional goals.

Monitor local market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.

Manage the country’s profit and loss (P&L) performance.

Set revenue targets, control costs, and ensure financial health.

Prepare financial forecasts and strategic budgets.

Ensure effective communication between local operations and global HQ.

Foster a positive, compliant, and performance-driven culture.

Report country performance, risks, and opportunities to regional/global leadership.

Provide insights for global strategic decisions.
