Responsibilities
  • Serve as the functional lead for the assigned R&P domain, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance to team members and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the execution of daily workflows in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • To review and approve third-party receipts and payments.
  • Address enquiries from internal stakeholders, trading representatives, and external counterparties.
  • Review exception reports and monitoring dashboards to ensure proper oversight.
  • Prepare and review management and regulatory reports for senior leadership.
  • Support requests from Compliance, Auditors, and other control functions.
  • Draft, update, and maintain SOPs, including conducting annual reviews and ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Work closely with other Finance functions and cross-department teams to resolve issues and enhance end-to-end processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimisation, automation, and digitalisation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk frameworks, and audit/regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with IT and external vendors to define business requirements for new projects and system enhancements.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution with the team.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and changes to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Banking and Finance, Economics or Business with at least 5 years of working experience
  • Ability to work independently, with proven teamwork and collaboration skills
