A leading healthcare organization in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager in the Population Health Office to support clinical governance and develop strategies for population health. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 2-3 years of experience in healthcare, and strong project management skills. This role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders, organizing training programs, and supporting clinical strategies to enhance health services within the community.
The Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager/ Senior Assistant Manager of the Population Health Office’s Office of Clinical Governance (OCG) will support the Population Health Clinical Board (PCB) in developing and implementing of clinical governance, clinical strategy and professional development needs for the NHG Population health. This includes, but not limited to, enhancing the quality of healthcare services through professional development initiatives and translating insights from national and/or cluster clinical strategies into practical strategies, while ensuring alignment with the strategic priorities and goals of NHG Health and MOH.
This role requires a strong interest in clinical strategic planning, strong engagement, and project management skills to foster collaboration across departments, professional groups and care settings to meet the evolving needs of population health. These efforts will contribute to building an effective clinical governance model within the NHG Population Health to drive NHG Health’s vision of ‘Adding Years of Healthy Life’.
