• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, working closely with the finance team to ensure timely and efficient reporting

• Conduct detailed analysis of financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making

• Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring efficient cash management and timely payments

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, collaborating with department heads to align financial plans with business objectives

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations, tax laws, and internal policies

• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial systems and controls to enhance the company's financial management capabilities

• Provide support and guidance to the finance team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in a similar role within the security or facilities management industry

• Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles
