Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Night Residential Care Worker to oversee and manage youths in an institutional facility focused on community rehabilitation. The candidate will work from 10.30pm to 8.30am on a 4-day work week, including weekends. Key responsibilities include ensuring resident welfare, safety checks, and supporting tasks during emergencies. Requirements include O Level and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. A salary range of $2500 - $2700 plus shift allowance is offered.
Qualifications
- O Level and above.
- Ability to work rotating shifts.

Night Residential Care Worker
Working location: Near to Buangkok Mrt
Working hours: 10.30pm - 8.30am | 4 days work week (follow schedule, include one weekend)
Salary: $2500 - $2700 + Shift Allowance
Residential Care Worker will be working with the youths staying in an institutional facility, which focus on community rehabilitation. They are required to work night shifts.
- Oversee the residents on a daily basis; manage the welfare, discipline and standards of regimentation in the institution.
- Support the shift during emergency.
- Deliver Trauma-informed practices in daily interactions
- Ensure safety and security of premises, include perform body & property check, carry out security and night patrols, dormitory checks and conduct urine test (when necessary);
- Manage and provide care for the daily living needs of the residents in the Hostel;
- Able to develop positive relationship with the residents;
- Involve in taskforce, to assist and execute tasks required from the taskforce.
- O Level and above
- Able to do rotating shifts
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, etc
