Job summary

A leading insurance company in Singapore is seeking an individual to develop Property & Casualty and Motor (Broker) business. This role involves managing a panel of intermediaries, underwriting risks, and providing quotations. Candidates should have good interpersonal skills, a degree or diploma, and ideally 1 to 2 years in the Commercial Lines Insurance industry. The ideal applicant must be self-motivated and capable of working under pressure, with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in the Commercial Lines Insurance industry is preferred.
• Adequate understanding of underwriting and product technical knowledge.
• Service-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Property & Casualty and Motor business.
• Manage and grow a panel of intermediaries.
• Underwrite and accept risks within guidelines.
• Provide quotations and negotiate terms with intermediaries.
• Assist in business development for the Brokers’ channel.
