A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Night Residential Care Worker to oversee and manage youths in an institutional facility focused on community rehabilitation. The candidate will work from 10.30pm to 8.30am on a 4-day work week, including weekends. Night Residential Care Worker

Working location: Near to Buangkok Mrt

Working hours: 10.30pm - 8.30am | 4 days work week (follow schedule, include one weekend)

Salary: $2500 - $2700 + Shift Allowance

Residential Care Worker will be working with the youths staying in an institutional facility, which focus on community rehabilitation. They are required to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the residents on a daily basis; manage the welfare, discipline and standards of regimentation in the institution.
• Support the shift during emergency.
• Deliver Trauma-informed practices in daily interactions
• Ensure safety and security of premises, include perform body & property check, carry out security and night patrols, dormitory checks and conduct urine test (when necessary);
• Manage and provide care for the daily living needs of the residents in the Hostel;
• Able to develop positive relationship with the residents;
• Involve in taskforce, to assist and execute tasks required from the taskforce.
