QC Engineer
Working day: Monday – Friday
Working Hour: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary range: $2,000 - $2,800
Location: Woodlands Ave (Nearest mrt: Admiralty)

Responsibilities
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
  • Devise test plan and review specifications for products or processes.
  • Work closely with engineering team to improve product quality based on testing results & critical component qualification process.
  • Develop exceptional handling test cases to ensure the robustness of the system during alternative scenarios.
  • Manage the qualification of new and existing suppliers/input materials.
  • Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
  • Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives.
  • Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.
  • Keep on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product quality.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diplomas/BSc in Engineering or relevant field
  • Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality control
  • Proficient in MS Office, Statistical Tools.
  • Strong knowledge of calibration and ability to read design drawings.
  • In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.
  • Training provided.
