Condo Cleaner – Job Scope
1. Common Area Cleaning
  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming corridors, lift lobbies, staircases, and walkways.

  • Cleaning and disinfecting lift interiors, buttons, mirrors, and doors.

  • Cleaning and wiping railings, ledges, and common area furniture.

  • Dusting light fixtures, signage, and wall surfaces.

2. Facilities & Amenities
  • Cleaning of clubhouse, function rooms, gym, BBQ pits, and multipurpose halls.

  • Sanitizing toilets, changing rooms, and shower areas including restocking toiletries.

  • Washing pool decks, outdoor seating areas, and common gathering spots.

3. Waste Management
  • Clearing and disposing of rubbish from bins at all common areas.

  • Maintaining cleanliness of bin centres, chute rooms, and refuse collection points.

  • Ensuring recycling bins are properly maintained.

4. External/Common Grounds
  • Sweeping and washing driveways, carparks (open or basement), and drop-off points.

  • Cleaning perimeter areas, drains (surface only), and open‑air facilities.

  • Removing leaves, debris, and litter from landscaping paths and walkways.

5. Daily Upkeep
  • Spot cleaning of spills, stains, and urgent messes.

  • Ensuring common areas are tidy and hazard‑free.

  • Reporting damages, defects, safety issues, or incidents to the management/MA.

6. Other Responsibilities
  • Assisting during events (e.g., setup/clean‑up).

  • Supporting estate operations when required by the Property/Facility Manager.

  • Adhering to safety, cleaning standards, and work schedules.
