Job summary
A technology firm in Singapore is seeking a System Engineer to design and optimize complex systems for improved efficiency and quality. Responsibilities include developing integrated systems, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions utilizing lean principles. Qualifications

- Good communication, report writing and presentation skills

Responsibilities
- Responsible to design, analyse and optimize complex systems to improve efficiency.
- Create and evaluate integrated systems for production processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions using lean principles.
- Develop and implement quality control processes.
- Consider ergonomics, safety, and worker satisfaction in design.
- Work with teams to implement and monitor improvements.
- Lead projects for process improvement and manage timelines.
Skills
Education
Responsible to design, analyses and optimize complex systems to improve efficiency, productivity and quality.
- Create and evaluate integrated systems that manage production processes, workflows and materials flow
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and waste in existing processes and implement solutions, using lean principles and kaizens
- Use quantitative tools such as data analysis, statistics, and simulation modelling to guide decision making
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure products meet standards
- Consideringhuman elements like ergonomics, safety and worker satisfaction when designingsystem
- Work with team members, supply chain and other departments to implement and monitor improvements
- Lead projects for process improvement, facility layout changes, system implementation, while managing timelines and budget
