  • Track operational KPIs, prepare reports, and deliver insights to management.
  • Oversee allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials for optimal utilisation.
  • Ensure operations meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage operational budgets, forecast needs, and monitor expenses.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Customer Service.
  • Address operational issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and health & safety guidelines.
