Senior Supplier Quality Engineer [PCB Manufacturing]

A leading quality engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier qualification and quality improvement initiatives. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in PCB manufacturing and familiarity with IPC standards. You will be responsible for supplier audits, performance analysis, and approval of change notifications while being willing to travel internationally as needed.
Qualificações
- At least 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering within PCB process manufacturing.
- Proven experience in PCB manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Familiar with IPC-600 and IPC-610 standards; ability to interpret electronic schematic drawings is an advantage.
Responsabilidades
- Lead supplier qualification, capability assessment, and selection to meet company quality standards.
- Conduct regular supplier audits and ensure timely closure of corrective actions (SCARs).
- Collaborate with commodity teams to develop and execute supplier and quality improvement strategies.
- Review and approve Supplier Change Notifications (SCB/PCN) and First Article Evaluations.
- Analyze supplier performance data and drive Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) for continuous improvement.
Conhecimentos
