A leading talent development company in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to manage the training framework and enhance organizational capabilities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing training strategies, designing learning materials, and overseeing training programs to align with business objectives. Lead the planning, management, and continuous improvement of the company’s training and talent development framework
Develop and implement training strategies, course structures, and learning pathways to support business objectives
Design and enhance training content, learning materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality
Oversee the execution of training programmes, including scheduling, resource coordination, and learning progress management
Guide and develop the training team to enhance professional competency and instructional quality
Evaluate training effectiveness and learning outcomes, and continuously refine training approaches
Work closely with business teams to ensure training initiatives align with operational needs
Support internal talent development, knowledge management, and organisational capability building
Participate in company branding, professional outreach, and related development initiatives
Proven experience in training and development, learning management, or related fields
Experience in curriculum design, instructional management, or talent development
Familiarity with training models and learning approaches in skills-based or service-oriented industries is an advantage
Strong communication, coordination, and team leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple training initiatives independently and effectively
High level of professionalism, responsibility, and commitment to continuous learning
