As a Contract Finance Officer at ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial operations. Reporting to the Finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial accounting and reporting support on a contract basis. - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for accounts payable, including Journal entries, Invoice recording and credit notes management
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring timely and compliant financial reporting for accounts payable
- Perform vendor reconciliations
- Exchange rate posting activities
- Support the preparation of financial statements, supplier onboarding and banking forms
- Attend to Internal & External audit queries
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Accounts payable financial processes and control
- Any other ad-hoc related duties
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounts payable and journal entries
- Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications such as SAP ECC / S4HANA
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
