Responsibilities:

• The supervisor leads a team of inspectors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent quality control practices.
• Actively address any quality-related problems that arise during the curtain wall installation process
• Quality Planning and Implementation
• Develop project-specific QA/QC plans
• Create and implement detailed plans outlining quality control procedures and standards for each project.
• Develop checklists to ensure thorough and consistent inspections are performed.
• Verify that quality control measures align with client requirements and project specifications.
• Ensure that all work complies with the approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.
• Quality Audits and Inspections
• Conduct ongoing quality audits
• Regularly assess the quality of work performed on-site to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with the QA/QC program.
• Perform quality control inspections:
• Conduct inspections of curtain wall components and installations to verify compliance with standards.
• Participate in weekly meetings:
• Provide updates on inspection findings, discuss site issues, and collaborate with other team members on quality-related matters.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders:
• Act as a point of contact for quality-related communication between the company and the client.
• Prepare and maintain documentation:
• Ensure all quality control records and reports are accurate and up-to-date.

• Verify that safety protocols are followed during all curtain wall installation activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues:
• Investigate and resolve any non-conformance issues promptly and effectively
