Qualifications

• Certifications such as Certified Software Testing Professional or Certified Software Quality Analyst are advantageous.
• Experience with application support and maintenance for government public services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document business processes and user stories to inform testing strategies.
• Develop, review, and align test plans and cases to meet established quality standards.
• Execute manual and automated testing using Tricentis TOSCA or equivalent tools.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate user training sessions.
