Job description

This is a 6-months contract hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track projects to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Work closely with program managers, IT, QA, and other teams to define milestones and develop detailed project plans.
• Facilitate and finalize project deliverables, including business requirements, user stories, designs, test cases, deployment plans, and hyper-care.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with project milestones.
• Proactively identify, escape, and resolve risks and issues.
• Maintain regular status reporting and communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in the supply chain domain and preferably from the consumer electronics industry.
• Understanding of hardware lifecycle processes, hardware prototypes, and product structures.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different regions.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) will be good to have.
• Experience in IT project delivery for supply chain initiatives.
