Embedded QA Engineer: Automation & CI/CD Focus
Job summary
A prominent staffing agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced Software QA Engineer to join a dynamic Software Development Team. This role involves testing and validating embedded software, enhancing automation processes, and collaborating closely with developers. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in software testing. A competitive salary of SGD 6,500 is offered, along with opportunities for professional growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software or embedded systems testing, automation, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with software best practices and CI/CD tools.
- Experience with embedded devices, RF, or networking is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and documentation abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test cases for embedded systems.
- Execute functional, regression, and performance tests on embedded software.
- Build and expand automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify software issues.
- Support the setup and maintenance of embedded test environments.
- Collect and analyze performance metrics.
