Consultant’s Role : Owner’s Engineer for Study, Detailed Design, Construction Supervision
PM role : Oversee and direct the entire consultancy services team
PM role duration : Initial 2-year contract, extendable
Job Description
This is a full-time role, primarily a leadership role involved in all aspects of the waste treatment plant design and construction. The role entails providing leadership and direction to the whole consultancy team. The PD will be the main client facing person and is expected to liaise and make presentations to other government authorities and stakeholders.
The consultancy scope includes, but not limited to, feasibility study, preliminary design, detailed design, procurement advice, construction supervision and commissioning management). The individual is expected to manage the overall project progress and budget, foster good working relationship with the client, regularly inform the management board on project performance, meet KPIs assigned by the management board & etc.
