Job summary
A healthcare recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a compassionate caregiver to manage care plans and provide palliative care to terminally ill patients. The ideal candidate has a VALID SNB & BCLS certification along with at least 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in ICU or Pediatric settings. This role involves home visits and working with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant ward experience, preferably in ICU or Pediatric settings.
Responsibilities
- Manage care plans for terminally ill patients.
- Conduct home visits providing palliative care.
- Recommend psycho-social support to patients and families.

Salary: up to $6000
Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri office hours
Location: Serangoon
- This role will be abit more like case management – manage the care plan for the patients
- You will be the key person who will make the most difference as you make home visits to provide palliative care and recommend psycho-social support to our terminally ill patients and their families.
- You will be part of the most dedicated, compassionate and caring teams comprising doctors, nurses and medical social workers providing an all-in-one professional care to patients at home at all hours, seven days a week.
- Min VALID SNB & BCLS w min 2 yrs of relevant ward experience, preferably in ICU/Pediatric settings
