Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Infrastructure Project Manager with 5–10 years of experience delivering medium to large-scale technology projects. This role will suit someone with a strong track record of managing diverse infrastructure initiatives, excellent stakeholder management skills, and solid financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver infrastructure projects such as:
  • Upgrading SAN storage
  • Migrating servers
  • Building new data centers
  • Implementing end-user technology projects (e.g., M365, Exchange 2019)
• Drive project execution, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Manage project budgets, including cost forecasting, procurement, P&L tracking, and financial reporting.
• Partner with SMEs to assess infrastructure dependencies, constraints, and migration strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, users, and vendors.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, progress reports, and escalation updates.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
• Support weekend change events as required.

Requirements

• 5–10 years’ proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of technology components and interdependencies (network, servers, storage, end-user tech).
• Good financial management skills: budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and cost tracking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• PMP certification is a plus; Agile knowledge beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in data center projects will be an advantage.
• Industry background in finance is not required.
