What You’ll Do:

As a Trainee Personal Wealth Executive, you will undergo structured training and mentorship to develop competencies in retail banking and wealth advisory. Upon completion of the onboarding program, you will:

  • Assist customers with their daily banking needs and offer tailored financial solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with customers to help them plan and achieve their financial goals
  • Introduce banking products such as deposits, insurance, loans, and investment solutions
  • Stay updated on banking trends, regulatory requirements, and financial products
  • Work towards achieving service and sales KPIs in a customer-centric environment

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for marketing and promoting a wide range of banking products and services, including Unit Trust, Insurance, and Deposits to our existing and potential customers.
  • Engage in cross-selling of other banking products based on customer needs
  • Manage and build long term relationships with customers while conducting after-sales services
  • Adhere to the policies, regulatory risk and compliance
  • Will obtain the necessary recognized industry qualifications such as Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services (CMFAS) Certifications

  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay, Tamil & Other Languages.
