Responsibilities

• Proficiency with surface treatment technologies and processes for mechanical components, with a strong understanding of both surface finish and mechanical properties.
• Expertise in interpreting engineering drawings, including dimensional requirements, cosmetic standards, and geometric tolerances.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication techniques such as polishing, sandblasting, etching, and laser processing.
• Ability to design manufacturing processes for metal parts and mold components.
• Hands-on knowledge to adjust jigs and fixtures, modify equipment parameters, use measurement tools, and troubleshoot products to ensure they meet specifications

Requirements

• A degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of dimensional tolerance analysis and fundamental machining principles.
• Skilled in using 3D/2D CAD software (such as UG), as well as Microsoft Office.
• Prociency in Mandarin and English is a must
• Proficient in data organization and analysis.
• Must be proactive and possess excellent communication and coordination abilities
