A fast-growing medical device company in Singapore is seeking a Regional Commercial Manager to drive business growth through channel partnerships and strategic alliances. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience managing channel partners in Southeast Asia, alongside a deep understanding of medical technology. Responsibilities include developing robust channel strategies, identifying new partners, and conducting market analysis. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of channel partner management experience in Southeast Asia.
- Deep understanding of medical technology distribution and pricing.
- Proven sales experience in Urology or General Surgery.

Our client is a fast growing medical devices company seeking for a Regional Commercial Manager to drive business growth through direct outreach, channel acquisition, and strategic alliances with third parties.
- Develop and execute robust channel strategies to maximize revenue, margin, and market growth through key partners like distributors and channel partners.
- Identify, onboard, and rigorously develop new distribution partners, ensuring alignment with company standards and regional market goals.
- Conduct regular distributor performance reviews, utilizing KPIs and joint business plans for continuous optimization.
- Lead market analysis to uncover new business opportunities, emerging customer needs, and competitive trends.
- Evaluate and prioritize new geographic markets for expansion, and design comprehensive channel strategies for partner recruitment and sustained market development.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop targeted go-to-market programs tailored to channel and account needs.
- 7-10 years of proven experience managing channel partners within Southeast Asia, supported by an established network of distributor relationships.
- Deep commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategic vision into executable, measurable sales plans.
- Strong understanding of medical technology distribution models, pricing structures, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, including direct experience with hospital procurement or drafting distributor contracts.
- Acquired sales experience in Urology, General Surgery and/or Gastroenterology would be highly desired.
- Self-starter mentality, comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel (locally and internationally) as required by the business.
