Résumé du poste
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a qualified Legal Counsel in Singapore to support international trade, M&A, and overseas business development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of legal experience, fluency in English and Chinese, and a strong background in common law. Responsibilities include legal document review, dispute resolution, and compliance management. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of legal experience in large corporations or law firms.
- Experience in commodity trading or cross-border M&A is a plus.
- Licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
- Strong experience in cross-border legal issues.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Responsabilités
- Review legal documents on international trade contracts.
- Handle dispute resolution for international trade.
- Manage relationships with cross-border law firms.
- Provide legal support for overseas investment projects.
- Oversee compliance with export controls and antitrust regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
