Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years post-qualification experience and admitted to the Singapore Bar.
• At least 4 years of relevant law firm or in-house experience in handling EPC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support General Counsel in providing legal support.
• Assist on complex transactional and project-related legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate EPC and construction-related agreements.
• Review, evaluate and negotiate procurement contracts.
• Provide general legal advice on a wide range of matters.
