Operations Executive
Job summary
A hospitality service provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a customer-focused role involving check-in, booking, and payment handling. Responsibilities also include managing membership records, maintaining sales reports, and supporting daily operations of a golf studio. Suitable candidates should possess a minimum of GCE 'O' Levels, strong communication skills, and a passion for sports. Interest in golf is a plus. This position requires bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or operations is an advantage.
- Passion for golf or interest in sports is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting ability.
- Passion for golf or interest in sports is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer check-in, booking and payments.
- Manage membership records and top-ups.
- Maintain daily sales reports and inventory of retail items.
- Assist in basic shop operations and ensure smooth daily running.
- Provide friendly and professional service to all guests.
- Support marketing and promotional activities.
- Prepare daily operational reports for management.
- Basic housekeeping to maintain a clean environment.
Skills
Education

- Manage membership records and top-ups
- Maintain daily sales reports and inventory of retail items (golf apparel, skincare, etc)
- Assist in basic shop operations and ensure smooth daily running of the golf studio
- Provide friendly and professional service to all guests
- Support marketing and promotional activities when required
- Prepare daily operational reports for management
- Basic housekeeping to maintain a clean and tidy environment
- Day shift - 9.30am to 6.30pm
- Night shift - 9.00pm to 6.00am (with night shift allowance)
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or operations is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to assist diverse clientele)
