Join the frontlines of innovative facility management! We're seeking a dynamic and resourceful leader to oversee the deployment and optimisation of cleaning robots at Changi Airport. If you're excited about robotics, data, and making a real impact in daily operations, this role offers the perfect blend of fieldwork, tech, and leadership.

Location: Changi Airport

Work hours: 6 days per week with occasional night shift

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to oversee the deployment of cleaning robots at project site.
  • Act as first responder for ad-hoc breakdowns and carry out daily troubleshooting tasks.
  • Assist in training staff on robot operation and safety procedures.
  • Record operational data and report performance metrics.
  • Optimise cleaning operations by performing data analysis on robotics deployment and other operational applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to spearhead trials and implement new technologies.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Robotics / Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Willing to work on weekends and night shift if needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, Powerpoint).
  • Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in robot fleet management will be preferred.
  • Experience in cleaning/facilities management will be advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator – able to explain technical concepts for non-technical team members.
