  • Handle customer check-in, booking and payments (Cash/PayNow/Credit card)
  • Manage membership records and top-ups
  • Maintain daily sales reports and inventory of retail items (golf apparel, skincare, etc)
  • Assist in basic shop operations and ensure smooth daily running of the golf studio
  • Provide friendly and professional service to all guests
  • Support marketing and promotional activities when required
  • Prepare daily operational reports for management
  • Basic housekeeping to maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Day shift - 9.30am to 6.30pm
  • Night shift - 9.00pm to 6.00am (with night shift allowance)
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or operations is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to assist diverse clientele)
  • Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting ability
