Maintenance Engineer
Job summary
A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to manage machinery maintenance and facility operations. The role involves executing maintenance schedules, supporting engineering improvement projects, and coordinating with contractors. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in a related field, strong knowledge of PLC and electrical/mechanical systems, and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Leadership and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting for machinery and equipment.
- Supervise and support technicians in daily engineering operations.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules and machine improvement projects.
- Manage spare parts inventory, purchase requests, and technical documentation.
- Prepare reports on machine performance, maintenance activities, and expenses.
- Coordinate with contractors for project works and facility repairs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant operations.

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Strong PLC and electrical/mechanical knowledge.
