Position Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to manage machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and plant facility operations. The role involves executing maintenance schedules, coordinating with contractors, managing spare parts, and supporting engineering improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting for machinery and equipment.
• Supervise and support technicians in daily engineering operations.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules and machine improvement projects.
• Manage spare parts inventory, purchase requests, and technical documentation.
• Prepare reports on machine performance, maintenance activities, and expenses.
• Coordinate with contractors for project works and facility repairs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Strong PLC and electrical/mechanical knowledge.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in maintenance or engineering within production.
• Leadership and team management skills.
