Job summary
A local consultancy firm in Singapore is looking for candidates for various administrative roles, such as School Admin and Operations Support. Responsibilities include performing administrative tasks, liaising with stakeholders, and assisting in daily operations. Ideal candidates are meticulous, possess strong MS Office skills, and are willing to learn. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Competitive salary range of $1800.00 to $2650.00 per month.

- Perform administrative duties such as typing, filing, and checking documents.
- Liaise with stakeholders including parents and students.

- Assist in preparation of laboratory apparatus, equipment and teaching materials for scheduled laboratory activities
- Assist in stock‑taking exercise and maintenance of equipment
- Supporting and assisting in departmental events, activities and programmes
- Housekeeping of classroom and school compound
- Opening and/ or closing of school gate, if required
- Secondary / GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ Level / Diploma
- Do not require school experience – Fresh are welcome
- Proficiency in MS Office applications – MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access etc.
- Meticulous and a team player with good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Ability to work independently on own initiative
