Hooklift Truck Driver
Job summary
A waste management company in Singapore is looking for a reliable and motivated driver to operate heavy vehicles and collect waste. The ideal candidate should hold a Class 4/5 driving license and have 2-5 years of experience with heavy vehicles, including a Hooklift Truck. Responsibilities include collecting waste, filling out delivery orders, and performing minor maintenance tasks. A professional attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Hold a Class 4/5 driving license.
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience in driving heavy vehicles with semi-auto transmission.
- Experience in operating a Hooklift Truck.
Responsibilities
- Collection of waste using an open-top container and compactor.
- Filling in service/delivery order forms.
- Performing and recording minor maintenance tasks.
Skills
- Collection of Waste using open-top container and compactor.
- Filling in service/ delivery order forms as per request.
- Performing and recording minor maintenance tasks such as greasing, fluid top-ups, etc.
- Washing the truck and cleaning the interior.
- Hold a Class 4/ 5 driving license is a must.
- Have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in driving Heavy vehicles with a semi-auto transmission.
- Have experience in operating a Hooklift Truck.
- Have a professional attitude towards truck driving.
- Have a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Prefer to have WSQ Operate Waste Collection Vehicle to Collect Waste (PI-WM-106E-1).
- Be reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
