Job summary

A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage all import and export shipments, handle documentation, and coordinate with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in logistics or purchasing, a diploma in Supply Chain Management, and strong organizational skills. JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Scheduling, arranging and monitoring of all import and export shipment matters for Singapore HQ and Oversees subsidiary company.
  • Responsible for all import and export documentations.
  • Issue and send purchase orders to suppliers, monitor delivery schedules, verification of suppliers’ invoices via ERP System.
  • Responsible to ensure all materials arrived on time for production use.
  • Work with production planner on material requirements planning for projects.
  • Assist Project Director for daily operation and related report needed
  • Warehouse administration
  • Preparation of Oversea Import licence document and ensure proper keeping of all documents
  • Building maintenance and licenses renewal
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics or equivalent will be an advantage
  • At least 1 year experience in Logistic/ purchasing function preferably from a manufacturing related industry
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Meticulous with good attention to details
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment is a MUST
  • Positive team player with a focus on problem-solving and working withothers to achieve goals
  • Strong Interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Enjoy meeting & communicating with worldwide suppliers.
  • Experience in ERP/ SAP system is an advantage
