A leading bedding retailer in Singapore is looking for a retail associate to assist customers in selecting bedding products. Responsibilities include greeting customers, providing personalized recommendations, demonstrating products, and processing sales transactions.   3. Demonstrate knowledge of different bedding types, materials, and brands to effectively communicate product benefits and advantages.
  4. Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the proper usage, care, and maintenance of mattresses.
  5. Assist customers with the selection process by providing detailed information on pricing, warranties, and financing options.
  6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, regularly restocking inventory and organizing product displays to enhance the shopping experience.
  8. Address customer concerns and resolve any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team and store management to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
