Job description

The Rental Ambassador will support the daily operations and fulfil general administrative duties which includes attending to short-term rentals and/or service requests from customers.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming of customers with enthusiasm.
• Provide professional, warm and high level of customer service towards all rental and leasing customers.
• Able to explain the rental terms and guide customers through the rental process.
• Checking of rental bookings and preparation of vehicles for delivery
• Conducting thorough inspection of vehicles before and after rentals and taking necessary actions to resolve issues.
• In charge of handing over and collection of vehicles from customers and providing car delivery/collection services, adhering to standard processes.
• Attend to incoming calls, emails and handle general enquiries
• Fostering relationships with customers, resolving complaints or soliciting feedback from customers and relating back to the management for future improvement.
• General maintenance of vehicles in fleet and ensuring that vehicles are upheld as per vehicle audit process

Requirements

• 5.5 day work-week
• Hold a valid Singapore driving license with minimum 4 years driving experience
• Experience in Rental and Leasing Operations will be an added advantage
• Operational excellence with strong work ethics and sense of accountability
• Familiar with Singapore roads, rules, and regulations
