1. Company Overview

ECHOMARKETING SG PTE.LTD. operates both offline and online channels under Daily&Co. We introduce popular Korean brands to the Singapore market, including the mattress brand Mongze, the massager brand Klug, Korea's No.1 athleisure brand andar, the vegan brand Titad, and the cosmetics brand Mixsoon. Additionally, we plan to continue bringing outstanding products loved in Korea to the Singapore market and, ultimately, expand into the Southeast Asian market.

2. Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to the team and business to meet both operational and strategic goals.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding.

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and ensure proper maintenance of HR documents in line with company policies.

• Handle Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and levy waiver requests.

• Conduct new hire orientations, track probation progress, and manage confirmation processes.

• Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records.

• Process payroll and manage CPF contributions, income tax filings, employee benefits, and claims.

• Oversee HR operations including leave and benefits administration, performance management support, and employee life cycle activities.

• Coordinate training programs and support employee learning and development initiatives.

• Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

• Stay updated on HR best practices, labour laws, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and reduce risks.

• Perform other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by the supervisor.

3. Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet, Forms).

• Prior experience in the retail industry is preferred.

• Good understanding of Singapore labour laws and fair employment practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
