  • Manage daily office operations, including administration, scheduling, correspondence, and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee office supplies, travel arrangements, facilities upkeep, and workspace management.
  • Support finance functions such as invoice processing, payment recording, petty cash handling, and month-end reporting.
  • Assist HR with onboarding, maintaining employee records, training coordination, and staff engagement activities.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and team-building initiatives.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and IT assets.
  • Provide general support to management and handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma holder with at least 3 years of administrative experience.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities.
