Job Scope:
1. Administrative Coordination and Meeting Management
• Maintain and update comprehensive clinical staff rosters, including leave schedules and on-call arrangements for clinicians, administrators, and allied health professionals
• Coordinate and manage logistics for regular clinical and leadership meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, and follow-up actions
• Manage complex calendars for leadership team, ensuring efficient time management
2. Training and Development Support
• Coordinate training plans with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Manage training records, track and facilitate point applications
• Document and report on training programs and progress
• Process system access requests for staff
3. Office and Facility Management
• Liaise with Facility Management and vendors to address and resolve office maintenance issues promptly
• Process monthly bills and claims, ensuring timely submission for payment
• Conduct comprehensive office orientations for new hires, including safety and security briefings
• Manage office access control for staff across locations
• Support weekend community health events as needed
