About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on Operations with a strong mechanical background to oversee and run daily operations. The ideal candidate should be experienced in basic motorcycle and scooter maintenance, while also being capable of managing customer appointments and providing excellent service support.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical / Workshop Duties

• Perform day‑to‑day tyre changing for motorcycles and scooters

• Carry out scooter belt replacements

• Replace motorcycle batteries

• Perform motorcycle chain and sprocket replacement

• Ensure workshop tools, parts, and equipment are maintained and organized

• Maintain service quality and safety standards

Operational & Administrative Duties

• Manage and monitor the appointment booking system

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, messages, and walk‑ins

• Respond to and coordinate incoming emergency breakdown calls

• Maintain records of jobs completed, parts inventory, and customer details

• Assist in ordering spare parts and monitoring stock levels

Requirements

• Strong mechanical background (hands‑on experience required)

• Ability to perform the listed mechanical tasks independently

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Able to work under pressure, especially during peak hours or emergency situations

• Organized, responsible, and able to manage daily operations smoothly

• Computer/smartphone literacy (for booking system and enquiries)

• Leadership experience is a bonus
