Descrizione del lavoro
A logistics services provider in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Manager to oversee a team and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years in the freight forwarding industry, strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. This role involves collaboration with various departments to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth initiatives. Interested candidates should submit their resumes via email.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
Mansioni
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Sales Support team.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients.
- Liaise with Customer Service, Operations, and Finance teams.

- Manage the day‑to‑day activities of the Sales Support team, overseeing a group of 6–7 employees
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients while collecting relevant market insights
- Liaise with Customer Service, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure all client needs are effectively fulfilled
- Foster and sustain partnerships with international agents
- Work closely with senior management to explore and capitalize on opportunities for business development and market growth
- Provide suggestions for process enhancements and support the execution of improvement initiatives
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a freight forwarding/ logistics industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
