Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate travel itineraries, logistics, and visa documentation.
  • Liaise with Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage expenses and invoices using online systems.
  • Assist with diary management across multiple time zones.
  • Provide team support, including holiday and sickness cover.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks.
