Job summary
A prominent food and beverage company in Singapore is looking for a Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of supervisory experience in the F&B industry and demonstrate a strong service orientation. Responsibilities include team management, ensuring safety procedures, and maintaining customer service excellence. The position requires commitment to a 6-day workweek and may demand working on weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications

- Service oriented. Able to commit to a 6-day workweek.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and manpower planning.
- Ensure compliance with Company’s SOP and service standards.
- Hire, train, motivate, and manage the team.
