Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Digital Communications Specialist. This role involves creating compelling content, managing digital campaigns, and collaborating with partners to enhance public understanding of Singapore's energy landscape. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in digital communications and a strong track record of audience engagement. Proficiency with design tools and media management is crucial for success in this position. This is a 1-year contract with a structured work schedule.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma is required.
- 3+ years of experience in digital communications or related fields is preferred.
- Proven success in driving audience engagement through digital campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of digital communications campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day content updates across digital platforms.
- Develop and adapt digital content for campaigns.
- Coordinate digital campaigns and track performance metrics.
- Work with internal departments and external vendors for consistency.
- Identify content opportunities and apply best practices.

You will be required to create compelling content, run digital campaigns, and work with various partners to amplify client's messages across our digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong storytelling skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for using digital communications to help shape public understanding of Singapore’s energy landscape.
- Support the implementation of digital communications campaigns to strengthen public awareness and engagement on energy issues and clients initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day content updates and postings across client's digital platforms including social media channels, the corporate website and internal communications.
- Develop and adapt digital content, including copywriting, visuals and multimedia, to support communications campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate digital campaigns and assist in tracking performance metrics and analysing results.
- Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure communications activities are consistent, on message, and effectively disseminated.
- Assist in identifying content opportunities and apply relevant best practices where appropriate.
- Min Diploma
- Preferably with 3 or more years of experience in digital communications, social media management, campaign management, content creation, or related fields.
- Strong track record in developing and executing successful digital campaigns that drive audience engagement and growth across platforms.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels and functions.
- Hands-on experience with paid and social media. Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) or video editing (e.g. CapCut) is an advantage
