Job description

Join KFC & Pizza Hut Singapore as a Payroll Executive / Senior as part of the payroll team for 3,000 employees. Participate in HR digitalization journey and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Position Purpose

To deliver great employee experience by being your best and making a difference through teamwork.

  • Responsible for supporting Human Resource department in payroll, system, and data management of employees.
  • Provide timely administration support on HR matters, processes, and policies to all stakeholders.
  • Support in the implementation of policies, digital processes, and compensation and benefits programs.
  • Continuous improvement in HR system and processes.
Payroll (Main Job scope)
  • Perform daily payroll operations.
  • Process monthly / Bi-monthly payroll cycles for 500 to 1,500 employees
  • Generate payroll related reports and uploading of bank files
  • Responsible for statutory payment submissions, such as CPF, government grants, IR8A, IR21 & NS claims
  • Prepare reports for operations (eg: Cost of Labour, Headcount and OT violation)
  • Ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
  • Any other admin/payroll duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Play an active role in executing HR digitalization journey.
  • Assist in training and coaching of team or as assigned.
  • Other projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Possess Degree/Diploma in any discipline with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Payroll / HR function, especially in handling Full-Timers Payroll.
  • Fast learner, meticulous, detail oriented, able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
  • Proactive, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge on employment legislations.
  • Good interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative, team player with positive working attitude.
  • Working experience in F&B / Retail / Hospitality / Hospital Vertical is highly advantageous.
