Job summary

A leading food service company in Singapore is seeking a Planning Executive to support end-to-end Supply Chain planning for both food and non-food categories. The ideal candidate will manage demand forecasting, purchasing, and inventory management while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience with Power BI is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain / Planning / Logistics.
  • Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome.
  • Strong coordination, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Execute demand forecasting and manage inventory levels.

Planning Executive (Supply Chain)

KFC & Pizza Hut Singapore

📍Singapore (Tai Seng)

Reporting to: Planning Manager, Supply Chain

Job Summary

We are seeking a Planning Executive to support end-to-end Supply Chain planning across Food & Non-Food categories for both KFC and Pizza Hut, covering demand forecasting, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics coordination. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure optimal stock levels and smooth supply operations across both brands.

Key Responsibilities
Forecasting & Purchasing (40%)
  • Execute demand forecasting and generate DC replenishment and purchase orders
  • Manage inventory levels in line with safety stock requirements
  • Plan and track Limited Time Only (LTO) items from purchase to stock arrival
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners to ensure timely deliveries
  • Handle stock receiving, invoice verification, and payment submissions
Inventory Management (40%)
  • Manage SKU blocking, switching, and releases during supply disruptions or transitions
  • Monitor inventory ageing, variances, and write-offs; elevate risks and issues
  • Liaise with QA, Marketing, Operations, and Finance on inventory and supply matters
  • Support stock counts, reconciliation, and resolution of discrepancies
  • Act as first point of escalation for urgent store supply requests
Project & Ad-hoc Support (20%)
  • Support cross-training across categories and operational continuity
  • Participate in cost‑saving and process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with ERP master data setup and system enhancements
  • Perform other duties assigned to support Supply Chain operations
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain / Planning / Logistics
  • (Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Power BI is an advantage
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Strong coordination, detail‑oriented with a positive and proactive learning mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; resourceful, self‑driven, and proactive.
  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, fluid environment, working independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
