Job summary

A leading fast-food chain in Singapore is seeking a Planning Senior Executive to support end-to-end Supply Chain planning across Food & Non-Food categories. The role involves executing demand forecasting, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, proficiency in Microsoft tools, and excellent communication skills. This is a critical role ensuring optimal stock levels and smooth operations across brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain / Planning / Logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Execute demand forecasting and generate DC replenishment and purchase orders.
• Manage inventory levels in line with safety stock requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners to ensure timely deliveries.
